Soul Train Smoothie


Soul train Smoothie Sunday! Instead of Ice cream on a Sunday Try this Smoothie!




  • 1/2 cup bananas
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup 0% fat yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp honey


Things you'll need 

  • A Measuring Cup 
  • A Knife
  • A Blender or Magic Bullet
  • A Cutting board


Step 1. 

Gather ingredients and equipment needed

Step 2

Prepare ingredients. Measure all ingredients

Peel bananas and into small pieces

Step 3

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend at medium speed till smooth.

Step 4

Serve chilled in your favourite glass!

 Garnish as Desired
