Banana Berry Smoothie Recipe
An Energizing Meal Subsitute!
Ingredients
- One cup of milk
- Half cup of 0% fat yoghurt
- One cup of oats
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 2 Bananas
- 5 strawberries
Things you'll need
A Measuring Cup
A Knife
A Blender or Magic Bullet
A Cutting board
Directions
Step 1.
Gather ingredients and equipment needed
Step 2
Prepare ingredients. Wash strawberries in clean running water. Remove the green leaf from the top. Cut strawberries into small pieces.
Peel bananas and into small pieces
Step 3
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend at medium speed till smooth.
Step 4
Serve chilled in your favourite glass!
Optional Garnish with a Slice of Banana and Strawberry
